The Simona Straps Military Saddle Stitchless Strap

I jumped all over this one when Simona was running a special, and was very pleased that I did. This one is a bit of a departure from Simona’s historic looking calf straps or her legendary gators, and it is a welcome direction in my opinion.

I really like the chamfered edges that give the strap a very unique look.

I bought this strap specifically for my 243, and I think it’s a great match.

Note the chamfered edges even on the keepers. This is a nice little detail.

The color of the hide is a perfect rich brown color that lightens up just a bit when bent.

The strap comes with a sewn in, bent buckle to finish off the look.

I’ve since sold my 243, and since this strap wears just a tad too big on my 233, it had to go. I was sad to see this one leave the strap case!

The Simona Straps Gray Gator Strap + PAM 243 Submersible

I picked this strap up on a whim, and it has turned out to be one of my favorite straps to wear with my 243.

The black stitching really sets off the gray hide on this one.

Something about the dark gray gator hide with the black stitching gives it a mean look that compliments the beefy 243 case extremely well.

Right before I got this one in the mail, I went to a GTG at the Beverly Hills boutique, and spotted a PAM 194 submersible on a gray Simona gator. I loved the combo, so couldn’t wait for this one to get here. This one’s a keeper for the strap collection for sure!
