I have to be honest, there has not been a website that has been able to show great pictures and details about Fake Tag Heuer watches until I found this site in which pictures AND detail were shown. In the case of Panerai, the AR coating is on the inside of the crystal, so it's OK to polish. But, if yours has the AR coating on the outside, the polish will remove that. Good luck!
