About Me
I’ve been immersed in the wonderful world of watches for about two years now, and I have come to realize that buying, selling and trading these lovely little things really is a sickness! I don’t think a month goes by that I don’t buy or sell at least a couple watches. If you are like me and like to collect watches, then you know what I’m talking about. And if not, just buy yourself one nice watch, slap that thing on your wrist…and then you’ll understand!
Hi,
I’m considering to buy the Swiss Army Ambassador XL Chronograph and when i saw the watch with Greg Stevens Horween Black strap with blue stitching i was amazed how good it looked.
I have a feeling that it might be too big, my wrist is 6.2″.
I’m wondering if you have any wrist photos of this watch?
And if so what size is your wrist?
Best regards.
Johan.
Do you think your removal of scratches from the sappire crystal technique would work on a rolex daytona?
It should work fine…BUT, make sure you verify that there is not anti-reflective coating on the outside of the crystal before polishing with the diamond paste. In the case of Panerai, the AR coating is on the inside of the crystal, so it’s OK to polish. But, if yours has the AR coating on the outside, the polish will remove that. Good luck!
Hey there, I saw your review of the Invicta 9937, but was wondering how you get the bracelet off? I can get one of the small screws out but the other screw just turns and turns and I can’t get it out. Both sides of the bracelet do this. What gives? I want to get a NATO strap on it if possible. Thanks.
As the Office Manager at Precise Time Watch Repairs, I like to do research about possible faux watches that come through our doors (for my own information, and because it’s fun to know what I am looking for like the Watchmakers do!)
I have to be honest, there has not been a website that has been able to show great pictures and details about Fake Tag Heuer watches until I found this site in which pictures AND detail were shown. THANK YOU!!! I have book marked your page and will continue to explore it, as no doubt someone with your watch passion (like the others I work with here) will have great new information for me!
Sincerely,
Angie

I would check out the Timezone.com sales corner. Lots of watches listed for sale…all pre-owned, but great people and great prices! Happy hunting!
